Peter, the Wandering Merchant randomly appears in 1 of 5 zones: Port Krona, Parnar Forest, Fesnar Highland, Vernese Forest, or Balankar Mountains. When he spawns, he will be in all channels and stay for about 6 hours.

Hidden Quests Guide
For you to be able to pick up this quest, you must complete The Madness at Parna Forest, Ambushed Adventurers, and then Cause of Their Madness. The Madness at Parna Forest is acquired from the Parna Forest Board. The quest chain itself is fairly straightforward.
For this hidden quest to appear, you must first complete Sigmund's Ward of Blood. It is the 5th quest of a 6 part chain. The quest chain starts by accepting the quest Ghostly Highlands from the Fesnar Highland Board in Rania Village. The following quests are straightforward.
Cooking Guide
The cook is an important NPC that is available in all regions of the game. This NPC helps you craft some cooking entries for your adventure tome. The North Vern cook, Stelia, is located in the western part of Vern Castle.
Vern Anniversary Spirits is sold for 18,000 Silver at Roy in Rania Village.
Pick up Vine near this tree trunk in the middle of Parna Forest. Use it to craft Balankar Ranger's Salad at the cook.
From this merchant, Luigia in Rania Village, buy both Proxima Stem and Proxima Root for 18,000 Silver each. Afterwards, craft both Proxima Salad and Proxima Root Nugget at the cook. The 3rd and final ingredient to craft Proxima Course Meal is Natural Proxima Skin. It is a RNG drop from the calendar boss, Proxima, in Vernese Forest.

Buy Fresh Cocktail for 150 Silver each at Food Merchant Joo Hye. Once consumed, it turns into either Questionable Cocktail, Pungent Cocktail or Palatable Cocktail. You need all 3 different cocktails to craft Harmony at the cook.
The two ingredients required to craft Goblin Fish Soup are Unknown Soup and Goblins' Fish. Both ingredients are found in the northern most part of Parna Forest.
Pick up Fesnar Poisonous Mushroom near these bushes in Fesnar Highland. Use this ingredient to craft Fesnar Mushroom Stew at the cook.
Long Live the Queen! is probably the name of a full course meal as it requires 5 out of the 6 previous food items to craft. You need Proxima Course Meal, Balankar Ranger's Salad, Harmony, Goblin Fish Soup and Vern Anniversary Spirits.

1. Navegal's Fate
Veloran's Orders has a chance of dropping from killing Veloran's Messenger and starts the Navegal's Fate quest. There is a prerequisite quest for Navegal's Fate called Echoes of the Ghosts, the 2nd quest following Ghostly Highlands. The quest chain starts at the Fesnar Highland Board in Rania Village.
2. Probing Goblin Village
Probing Goblin Village has several prerequisites that must be completed before it is given by Elder Balu.
- Go to the Parna Forest Board in Rania Village to take the quest The Madness at Parna Forest. This starts a quest chain; make sure to complete up to Goblin-Eating Monsters of the quest chain.
- Accept the Lazy Inspector quest from Warrior Nedoru.
- Complete Snowy is Hungry from Alle.
- Complete Fruitful Research from Professor Restrang.
- Now Elder Balu provides the quest The Elder's Vision. Once finished, you can accept Probing Goblin Village.
Hidden Story Guide
Be aware that there is a fake book above the real one. Make sure not to take it.
Be careful not to proceed with the main story quest before taking the hidden story. If you turn into one of the robed monsters, you will lose your hidden story progress.
