Clan-Honor is a dueling league that intends to promote mannered, non-hacked team duels similar in style to 76Legit, Gosu-PvP, GI, PvP-e, DC, temple, palapk, and so forth. Clan-Honor forbids the use of all dupes/hacks and all racist/annoying behavior. Clan-Honor also has rules intended to provide balance.
ANYONE may join who is willing to obey our rules. Clan-Honor primarily duels on NL east and west. You do NOT have to attend meetings, pay dues, or have any name on your accounts. You may be a member of Clan-Honor and still be a member of any other group. Simply obey our rules and enjoy the duels.

CONDUCT RULES
Conduct rules are intended to promote a friendly, honorable environment for everyone. Moderators can use their discretion to stop any annoying, rude, or inappropriate behavior. A partial list of banned behaviors includes:
NO BIGOTRY OF ANY KIND! This includes racism, sexism, and everything else. Be careful in your jokes, not everyone thinks its funny. This includes comments in your profile and char names.
TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT! No flaming, no trash talking, nking, spamming, or abuse of any kind. This also includes generally annoying behavior.
NO EXCESSIVE SWEARING OR VULGARITY. This includes /f m messages.
NO CHEATING, HACKING, STEALING, DUPING, AND SO ON. Do not discuss MH, duping, and so on in our forums, channel, or games.
If someone is breaking these rules get as much evidence as you can (including screenshots and witnesses) and report it to your head moderator. Mods can decide to warn, temp/perm ban, or any other punishment they deem appropriate.
DUELING RULES
“Legit Rules”
These rules are intended to prevent exploitations of the game.
NO DUPES of ANY kind, including 3/20/20, 40/15, 20/5, and classic dupes. For a partial list of known dupes see the Clan-Honor website.
NO HACKS of ANY kind. This includes maphack, hacked items, etc.
No 08 items items.
Marrowwalks are banned on bone necros
“Manner Rules”
These rules are intended to prevent annoying behavior and to organize the duels.
Duels are held in Nightmare on the Blood Moor.
No potions, shrines, wells, mercs, or leaving the moor.
Both sides MUST say go before each duel.
No Slow -- including Holy Freeze, Decrepify, Clay golem, and slow target % items (such as cleglaws pincers).
No intentional lag tactics. This includes all vines, spamming bonewall or lower resist, and blaze. Grossly defensive play (such as avoiding combat for a long time to regenerate your life) will result in a loss.
BALANCE RULES
Balance Rules are intended to balance classes and promote variety and skill based dueling.
NO TELEPORT. This includes charges on items, enigma, AND the sorceress skill. Dragon Flight IS allowed. Enigma can still be worn, but the teleport skill cannot be used.
NO use of any skill on CALL TO ARMS. Only barbarians may use BO, shout, or battle command. Barbarians may use CTA to boost their BO if they wish.
Off Class Skills other than oak, bo, and teleport ARE allowed unless otherwise stated.
NO use of OAK SAGE unless you are a Druid.
NO use of BONE PRISON.
No POISON CHARMS are allowed to be used. Poison from skills (rabies, Venom, etc) IS allowed.
The following skills cannot be cast, either by % to cast or charges (items may be used if the charge/% is not used):
a. Lower resist
b. Decrepify
c. Slow Missile
d. Amplify damage
e. Life Tap
Charges or % to cast of other skills MAY be used (including enchant).
Run Walk Rules
Run walk Rules are intended to provide a fair balance between long range, mid range, and melee duelers and to reduce desynch when possible.
CH uses a three tier run walk cap system. Your run walk limit is based on the range of your LONGEST range attack. Although the amount of run walk difference may seem extreme, the difference in speeds in yards per second is much closer (8 vs 8.32 vs 8.64)
LONG RANGE (Greater than 1 screen effective range)
Long range duelers may have a maximum of 75% increased run walk from charms and gear (8.0 yards per second effective speed).
a. The following builds are defined as LONG range:
i. Trappers
ii. Bone Necros
iii. Bowazons
iv. FoH
MID RANGE (effective range of one screen or less but not melee)
Mid Range Duelers may have a maximum of EITHER 95% run walk from charms/gear OR 75% runwalk from gear/charms + any amount of speed boost from a skill (BoS, Increased Speed, Feral, Vigor). (8.32 yards per second or 9.6 yards per second).
a. The following builds are defined as MID range:
i. Wind Druids
ii. WW sins
iii. WW barbs
iv. Charge Paladins
v. Hammerdins
vi. Javazons
vii. Throwbarbs
MELEE RANGE
Melee class duelers may have a maximum of EITHER 120% runwalk from charms/gear OR 95% runwalk + any speed boost from a skill. (8.64 or 9.92 yps).
a. The following builds are defined as MELEE range:
i. Rabies/Fury
ii. Warcry barbs
iii. Zealots
iv. Smiters
Absorb Rules
Absorb rules are intended to reasonably limit the damage of elemental attackers without completely negating any elemental attack.
Only ONE absorb OR maximum resistance item PER ELEMENTAL can be used.
a. Guardian Angel counts as all 3 elementals.
b. Rising sun is banned.
c. Nightwing + Snowclash count as a single absorb item for sorceresses.
For example, a dueler may wear raven frost (cold), tgods (lit), and dwarfstar (fire) but may not wear ravenfrost + Snowclash.
Paladin Resistance Auras MAY be used to exceed the normal resistance limits.
Waterwalks, Bramble, and Exile have 5% to max resists and CANNOT be used in combination with another max resist item of that element.
a. for example, no Raven Frost + Bramble.
If none of your opponents attack with a particular element, you may have additional absorb a. For example, a barb could use 2 raven frosts if there were no cold sorcs, windys, etc Any amount of resistance stack or PLR is allowed on any char.
Class Specific Rules
(Some of this is redundant, but we want to make it plainly obvious).
NECROMANCERS
a. Necros may not use the following skills in any form:
i. BONE SPIRIT (in team duels)
ii. Bone Prison
iii. Amplify Damage
iv. Decrepify
v. Clay Golem
b. Necros MAY use Lower resist and Life tap (no other class can).
c. Bone Necros may have a maximum of 18% DR and NO max resist or absorb items other than 1 ravenfrost and Waterwalks.
ASSASSINS
a. Trappers – (includes Fire Trappers and Lit trappers)
i. Due to run walk limitations, trappers may NOT use BoS.
ii. Trappers that use LS of ANY level are defined as trappers
iii. 1 point into WoF is NOT a trapper
b. MA, kick, or WW sins may use BoS.
PALADINS
a. Paladins may not use the following skills in any form:
i. Holy Bolt
ii. Holy Freeze
b. Paladins MAY aura stack
c. Paladins MAY use vigor/charge for movement
d. Paladin Resistance auras MAY be used to exceed normal resist caps.
AMAZONS
a. Amazons may not use the following skills in any form:
i. Slow Missile
SORCERESSES
a. Sorcs may not use the following skills in any form:
i. Teleport
NOTE: If the rules do not specifically forbid something, it is allowed. For example, Sins May use WW from chaos, paladins may aura stack, sorcs may shapeshift, etc. Variants are encouraged. If you have any questions about what rules apply to an idea you have, contact a moderator.
