Guild System
Introduction
The Guild System in Lost Ark is fairly complex. You start by creating or joining a guild through the Guild interface (Alt + U), then you gain Activity Points by checking in daily and clearing Guild Missions to earn your well deserved reward in the form of Sylmael Bloodstones. You can then exchange this currency for crucial upgrade materials and other valuables, helping you progress even further!
Benefits of a Guild
Being part of a guild allows you to earn Sylmael Bloodstones. This can be exchanged at the Bloodstone Shop for honing materials, Silver Chests, Combat XP Potions, Cube Tickets, and more.
Another reason to join a guild is making new friends to clear endgame content with. Besides Guardian Raids, most endgame content requires a party of at least 4 players to enter. Matchmaking can be used to join up with random players, but that is significantly riskier than heading in with a premade group. Teaming up with friends or guildmates increases the chances of success and can make the experience a lot more fun!
Joining or Creating a Guild
Open the guild interface (Alt + U) to create or join a guild. To create a guild you need to pay a fee of 2,000 Silver. To join a guild, simply search for the guild name and send a request to join. All applications can be seen by the guild leader, who can accept or reject them. However, some guilds might have specific requirements to join, such as having achieved a certain Item Level, or knowing a password, while others might have applications closed entirely, relying on invites instead.
Guild Info
After joining a guild, the Guild interface (Alt + U) changes to show you all the details and tabs related to that guild. By default, it opens the Guild Info tab, where you have an overview of:
- Weekly Guild Activity Level
- Your Activity Points
- Sylmael Bloodstones earned through Guild Missions
- Daily Login Reward Status
- Guild Donation Status
- Active Guild Researches
- Online Guildmates
Guild Activities
Guild activities are the best way to earn Activity Points, Sylmael Bloodstone, Guild Experience and Guild Bloodstones. Here's an overview of the rewards that can be obtained from various activities.
Sylmael Bloodstone | Activity Points | Guild Experience | Guild Bloodstones | |
---|---|---|---|---|
Daily Login | 350 | 5 | 3 | |
Daily Guild Donation (Image 2) | 50 – 450 | 10 – 90 | 1 – 4 | 50 – 450 |
Daily Research Boost | 50 – 100 | 30 – 60 | ||
Guild Mission (Image 3) | 200 – 5,000 | 10 – No Limit | ||
Guild Activity Level (Image 4) | 3,400 – 10,000 | 3,900 – 10,030 | 58,500 – 154,500 |
The Activity Points accumulated by everyone in the guild increase the Guild Activity Level. On weekly reset, every character that reached the minimum amount of Activity Points (default: 100), receives the rewards listed in the table above based on the Guild Activity Level achieved before the reset.
If you joined the guild with multiple characters, only those who reached the minimum Activity Points will receive rewards based on the Guild Activity Level.
Research
The guild leader and its officers can start Guild Research by paying a specific amount of Guild Bloodstones from the Guild Storage. The time required to complete each Research Project depends on its level. Each guild member can shorten the remaining research time by 20 minutes once a day.
Research Categories & Benefits:
- Unlocking new items in the Guild Shop
- Unlocking additional Research slots
- Obtaining Guild Experience (repeatable)
- Increasing the Sylmael Bloodstones obtained through missions
- Increasing the Activity Points obtained through missions
- Increasing the Guild Experience obtained through Guild Activity Level rewards
- Increasing the Guild Activity Level cap
Guild Management
The Guild Management tab is where the guild leader can further customize the guild, check applications, guild logs, and distribute Guild Bloodstones or Gold between guild members.
You can join the guild with every character you have by using the Join Roster feature, as long as those characters are not currently in a different guild.
