Gyrfalcon’s Void Hunter Build

Revenant

Last Updated:October 10, 2024|Change Log

Welcome to the Gyrfalcon's Void Hunter Build Guide! This build combines everything great about Void Hunter; Volatile, Weaken, Invisibility, and Devour. It's amazing at clearing ads and debuffing enemies for your fireteam.

Gyrfalcon's Hauberk provides Volatile rounds to your Void weapons every time you emerge from Invisibility. With each Void weapon hit, enemies become Volatile, exploding after taking additional damage. This powerful combination allows you to trigger chain explosions that can wipe out groups of enemies effortlessly.

Not only does the Gyrfalcon Void Hunter shine in terms of raw offensive power, but it also offers incredible survivability. Cycle in and out of Invisibility while maintaining near-permanent uptime on Devour—one of the best self-healing buffs in the game. Devour restores a significant amount of health with each enemy defeated, allowing you to stay in the fight longer and sustain aggressive playstyles.

WARNING: You must own The Witch Queen DLC to unlock Gyrfalcon's Hauberk Exotic chest armor piece.

Pros
  • High ability uptime.
  • Good crowd control.
  • Easy-to-proc invisibility.
  • Tether weakens and suppresses enemies.

  • Not a strong damage Super.

Ability Breakdown

Super

  • Shadowshot: Moebius Quiver
    •  Tether enemies to a Void anchor, Weakening and Suppressing them for your fireteam. While Weakened, targets receive 30% more damage from all sources AND share 50% of bodyshot damage taken from other enemies in the tether.

Abilities

  • Gambler's Dodge - this dodge immediately refunds your Snare Bomb.
  • Triple Jump - Triple jump is nice, but use whichever jump feels best to you.
  • Snare Bomb - Can attach to surfaces and ping the enemy's radar. Weakens enemies when it detonates.
  • Vortex Grenade - This grenade pulls targets inward and continually damages enemies trapped within the vortex. The fragment Echo of Undermining causes your grenade to Weaken enemies, applying a 15% debuff. This is a lower debuff value than your Super's Weaken, but it's still very useful. Check out our Elemental Mechanics Guide for more information.

Casting an ability or shooting a weapon removes your invisibility before the timer is up!
