This Small Scale PvP Tier List ranks builds based on their performance in Nighttime Open World Dungeon PvP, Dominion Events, Arena, and any other event that involves a smaller player count.
This Tier List was made for the Global Launch of Throne and Liberty.
It does not account for an individual player's skill level.
The order the weapons are put in does not reflect a build's power relative to others within the same Tier.
