Introduction

This article covers the final october class balance changes that was released on Korean Live Servers.

  • Awakening usage increased to 5.

Stroke: Hopper

  • Improved animation at end to help with skill chaining.

Paint: Starry Night

  • Sturdy Armor Changed: Harmony meter recovery increases by 30.0/33.0/37.0/41.0/45.0% when hitting foes.
  • Azure Starlight Changed: Damage received while casting is reduced by 50%. Incoming damage -75% for 2 seconds for party members. Creates a shield that absorbs damage equal to 10.0/11.0/12.0/13.0/15.0% of Max HP.

Paint: Illusion Door

  • Added: Shield is now applied to all members except yourself (7m around the portal). Shield scales based on Artist's HP (15%).

Paint: Sun Well

  • Skill radius increased by 30%.

Developer Comment
Artists have had a hard time applying some of it's buff, so we improved some of the skills to help. We hope that through these skill adjustments Artists can have a more active role in a wider variety of ways.

PVE

  • Damage buffed for all skills excluding Awakening by 3.6%.

Spread

  • Current Occurrence Increased shield buff to 15% of max HP for 4 seconds.

Downward Strike

  • Current Occurrence Increased shield buff to 15% of max HP for 4 seconds.

Whirlpool

  • Weak Point occurs at first hit of skill.
  • Sustain Enhancement now pulls enemies in (PVE).

Wind Gimlet

  • Single Attack Changed: No single target needed for increased damage.

Wiping Wind

  • Added Level 1 Weak Point.

Engraving

Wind Fury

  • Increased range of Sun Shower slightly.

Developer Comment
Damage was low so we adjusted it. We also added Weak Point to certain skills to help. Multi-Hit skills now apply Weak Point Damage on the first hit of the attack.

  • Stagger increased to Low.
  • Trailing Sword Burst Changed: Creates a Sword Burst that lasts for 1.0 seconds before charging, inflicting up to 100.0/111.0/122.0/133.0/145.0% damage and pushing foes away. Removed +5 second cooldown penalty.

Wind Cut

  • Stagger increased to Low.
  • Basic number of hits increased slightly.
  • Sustain Enhancement Changed: The duration of sword energy increases, and Damage to enemies increases by up to 40.0/47.0/54.0/61.0/70.8%.

Polestar

  • Damage buffed by 41.8%.
  • Meter acquisition reduced by 46.3%.
  • Mana cost increased by 26.9%.
  • Cooldown increased from 12 to 18 seconds.
  • Orb Control Changed: Critical hit rate increases by 15.0/21.0/27.0/33.0/40.0%.
  • Vital Point Hit Changed: Blade Meter acquisition amount increases by 50.0/56.0/62.0/68.0/75.0%.
  • Moon Star Changed: Cooldown increase removed.
  • Stardust Changed: Changed to holding skill. The number of aerial attacks increases and Damage to enemies increases by 200.0/220.0/241.0/262.0/283.0%.

Blade Dance

  • Changed: Perform a chopping attack 5 times with dual swords to inflict X Damage to the enemy, then deal X Damage as a finishing attack. When an enemy is hit by the attack, the enemy is pushed away.
  • Damage reduced by 31%.
  • Meter acquisition reduced by 9.6%.
  • Mana cost increased by 7%.
  • Cooldown increased from 18 to 20 seconds.
  • Soul Snatch Changed: Damage to enemies that are push immune increases by 30.0/37.5/45.0/52.5/60.0%.
  • Finishing Enhancement Changed: The finishing attack is changed to a long sword, increasing the attack range and increasing Damage to enemies by 200.0/227.0/257.0/287.0/317.0%. When hit, foes are pushed back and staggered.
  • Mutilate Changed: The finishing attack disappears and changes to a holding skill. Attack range increases by 30.0% and turning slowly becomes possible. The number of double sword strikes increases and Damage to enemies increases by 100.0/111.0/122.0/133.0/145.0%.

Dark Axel

  • Upper Axel Changed: The last long sword attack is changed to an upward attack, increasing Damage by 150.0/172.0/194.0/217.0/240.0% and pushing foes away.

Soul Absorber

  • Swift Fingers Changed: Attack speed increases by 15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0%.
  • Power Stab Changed: Changed to normal mode. Attack width increases by 30.0%, Damage to enemies increases by 80.0/90.0/100.0/110.0/120.0%, and Blade Meter acquisition amount increases by 60.0%.
  • When using Halve, damage removed from initial skill hit and added into final hit.

Death Sentence

  • Damage buffed by 58.3%.
  • Meter acquisition increased by 20%.
  • Stagger increased to Medium.
  • Confirmed Kill Changed: Damage to enemies increases by 25.0/31.0/37.0/43.0/50.0%, and if the target is staggered, Damage increases by an additional 50%.
  • Ruthless Changed: Stagger increased and Damage to enemies increases by 30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%.
  • Cold Zone cold effect reduced from 2 to 1 second.

Twin Shadows

  • Damage buffed by 58.9%.
  • Meter acquisition increased by 19.2%.
  • Mana cost increased by 14.9%.
  • Changed to normal mode skill.
  • Cooldown increased from 12 to 15 seconds.
  • Quick Prep Changed: Stagger increased.
  • Back Attack Enhancement Changed: Damage to enemies that are push immune increases by 30.0/37.5/45.0/52.5/60.0%.
  • Cross Attack Changed: After standing up and slashing widely around the surrounding, lower your stance to cut the surrounding area wider, and Damage to enemies increases by 115.0/126.0/137.0/148.0/160.0%.
  • Forward Retreat Changed: Move forward 5.0m and perform a slash. Changed to enable stacking, recharges once every 15.0 seconds, up to 2 times, and increases Damage to enemies by 80.0/90.0/100.0/110.0/120.0%.

Earth Cleaver

  • Leap Attack Changed: Dash 6.0m and attack, increasing Damage to the enemy by 65.0/73.0/82.0/91.0/100.0%.

Head Hunt

  • Down Hunt Changed: Now does a vertical cut instead of horizontal.

Turning Slash

  • Damage buffed by 60%.
  • Changed to combo skill.
  • Animation is faster.
  • Excellent Mobility Changed: Damage to low tier enemies increases by 50.0/57.5/65.0/72.5/80.0%.
  • Point Slash Changed: Stagger increased.
  • Concentrated Attack Changed: Cuts the surrounding area with a long sword in place and generates a sword burst. Attracts nearby enemies 4 times and increases Damage to enemies by 90.0/100.0/110.0/120.0/130.0%. Weak Point only occurs one time.
  • Triple Turn has a faster animation.

Maelstrom

  • Dark Order nerfed movement speed increase from 15.0/16.2/17.4/18.6/19.8% to 8.0/9.2/10.4/11.6/12.8% and attack speed from 20.0/21.2/22.4/23.6/25.0% to  8.0/9.2/10.4/11.6/12.8%.
  • Quick Cast Changed: Damage to low tier enemies increases by 100.0/111.0/122.0/133.0/145.0%, flinch increased against those monsters.
  • Overwhelm Changed: The time it takes to cast this skill is reduced by 60.0%. Stacks are enabled and are charged once every 30.0 seconds, up to a maximum of two times. When applying Wind Storm, the behavior does not change.

Fatal Wave

  • Damage reduced by 10%.
  • Meter acquisition reduced by 20%.
  • Ice Cold Hands Changed: Damage dealt when attacking an enemy that is push immune increases by 30.0/37.5/45.0/52.5/60.0%.
  • Death Wave Damage reduced from 155.0/168.5/182.0/195.5/210.5% to 100.0/111.0/122.0/133.0/145.0%.

Blitz Rush

  • Excellent Mobility Changed: Damage to enemies increases by 10.0/16.0/22.0/28.0/35.0%.
  • Charge Enhancement Damage increased from 20.0/23.0/27.0/31.0/35.0% to 25.0/28.0/32.0/36.0/40.0%.
  • Dark Charge Damage increased from 40.0/47.0/54.0/62.0/70.0% to 50.0/57.0/64.0/72.0/80.0%.
  • Dual Blitz Changed: Damage to enemies increases by 25.0/31.0/37.0/43.0/50.0%.

Void Strike

  • Damage buffed by 5.6%.
  • Meter acquisition reduced by 26.6%.
  • Changed to normal mode.
  • Number of hits reduced and timing changed.
  • Void Zone Changed: When performing an upward slash attack, a void zone is created on the floor for 5.0 seconds. Reduces the movement speed of enemies touching the ground by 50.0% and applies darkness.
  • Dark Explosion Changed: Changed to charge skill, and when overcharging, damage to enemies increases by 50.0/57.5/65.0/72.5/80.0%. If the target is staggered, Damage dealt increases by 50.0%.
  • Dark Dimension Changed: After an upward slash attack, an additional upward slash is performed and the damage to the enemy increases by 30.0/37.5/45.0/52.5/60.0%.

Blade Assault

  • Damage buffed by 40.7%.
  • No more perfect zone.

Class Engraving

Remaining Energy

  • Changed: The damage of Blade Burst is reduced by 30%. When the identity is activated, Blade Burst is activated by immediately consuming Blade Orbs. Depending on the number of Blade Orbs consumed, attack/movement speed is increased by 6/9/12% and attack power is increased for 30seconds by 10/12/15%, 20/24/30% or 30/36/45%.
    • Now displays correct damage values on the identity tooltip based on the currently equipped engraving level.

Surge

  • Changed: When using the Blade Burst skill, the highest level Blade Burst is activated regardless of the number of Blade Orbs you have. When hitting a skill other than a basic attack in Blade Arts mode, the burst enhancement effect is stacked in proportion to the number of hits. This effect increases the Damage of Blade Burst by up to 45/60/85% and is applied twice at the maximum stack of 60. When Blade Arts ends, obtain up to 100% Blade of Meter depending on the number of Burst Enhancement stacks.

Developer Comment

The class has been great in the latest raids, but had some issues internally. For a while now, Deathblade has been very dull and both engravings/skills have been pretty much the same. We wanted to diversify and give a variety of skills to the engravings.

For Surge, we wanted to improve QoL of stacking by making it faster and hit harder with more stacks. For Remaining Energy, we wanted to give them more tools for continous fights. We adjusted a lot of meter generation skills and improved several skills to compensate. Overall we adjusted several skills to help distinguish the blades engraving more.

After looking at test server and more internally, we found some of the changes to have exceeded our expectations and dialed them down a little bit.

PVE

Rush Reduced from 9 to 8 seconds.

Damage of demon skills excluding demonization/demon basic attacks is increased by 4.5%.

Demonic Clone

  • Added Level 1 Weak Point.

Rising Claw

  • Increased to level 2 Weak Point.

Developer Comment

Perfect Suppression has been performing in line with our expectations, but could use a little help when it came to Weak Point depending on their build. Demonic Impulse was somewhat lacking in damage so we adjusted it.

Dagger skills increased by 12%.

Poison: Bleed Changed: Bleeding poison inflicts X bleeding Damage every second for 12 seconds and stacks up to 10 times. The target with the maximum amount of bleeding poison becomes 'excessive bleeding' and takes X Damage.

Shadow Vortex

  • Increased distance from 1m to 2m.
  • Changed: Gather your strength and spin while dealing damage. 

Spirit Catch

  • Subsequent attacks are quicker after first hit.
  • Increased distance from 4m to 5m.
  • Leap Changed: Becomes Paralysis immune, leaps faster and delivers a finishing attack to the enemy. Additionally, the jumping distance increases by 1.0m.
  • Sharp Dagger Changed: Rush straight and attack. After stabbing, the shadow afterimage attacks, dealing Damage equal to 50.0/57.5/65.0/72.5/80.0% of the last attack and stacking poison once.
  • Shadow Afterimage Changed: Attribute changed to lightning, critical Damage increases by 140.0/157.5/175.0/192.5/210.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, and the last attack is a critical hit, apply an additional poison stack.
  • All-Out Attack Changed: When hit, the Damage to the enemy increases by 50.0/57.5/65.0/72.5/80.0%. When the 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, and the last attack hits the back of the Foe, apply an additional poison stack.

Spinning Dagger

  • Attack range updated to be more clear on the hit.
  • When using this skill at an angle, you can now move through enemies.
  • Wide-Angle Attack Changed: Throws the dagger around quickly, increases the attack range by 20.0%, and increases Damage to enemies by 20.0/26.0/32.0/38.0/45.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, a dagger attack has a 30.0% chance to stack bleeding poison on the enemy once.
  • Enhanced Spinning Changed: When the attack hits the back of the Foe, the Damage to the enemy increases by 25.0/31.3/37.5/43.8/50.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, and the last attack hits the back of the Foe, apply 3 additional stacks of bleeding poison.
  • Final Blade Changed: Critical hit rate increases by 15.0%, critical Damage increases by 50.0/62.5/75.0/87.5/100.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, if the last attack is a critical hit, apply 2 additional stacks of bleeding poison.

Reaper's Call

  • Fatal Dagger Changed: Critical Damage increases by 30.0/42.0/54.0/67.0/80.0%. When the 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied and the attack lands a critical hit, the bleeding poison is stacked one additional time, and when the 'Swift Resolve' tripod is applied, it stacks twice.
  • Deep Breath Changed: The energy of the shadow surrounds you, increasing the attack range by 10.0% and attack speed by 15.0/18.0/21.0/24.0/27.0%. With the 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod applied, each time an attack hits, there is a 50.0% chance to stack bleeding poison once, and when using the 'Swift Resolve' tripod, it stacks twice.
  • Death Blow Changed:  When the attack hits the back of a Foe, the Damage to the enemy increases by 80.0/89.6/99.2/109.6/120.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, and the last attack hits the back of a Foe, bleeding poison is additionally stacked 2 times.

Death Side

  • Increased distance from 3m to 4m.
  • First attack casts faster.
  • When using this skill at an angle, you can now move through enemies.
  • Ambush Changed: Combo skill, cut and deal Damage equivalent to 80.0% of the basic Damage. The critical Damage of the last attack increases by 30.0/47.5/65.0/82.5/100.0%, and when 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, the last attack additionally stacks bleeding poison twice.
  • Law of the Jungle Changed: Changed to normal skill. The Reaper draws a large circle in the direction she is facing, gathers nearby enemies with her shadow clone and launches them, increasing Damage to low tier enemies by 70.0/78.4/86.8/95.9/105.0%.
  • Fatal Dagger Changed: You can change direction when comboing, when 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, the last attack stacks bleeding poison one additional time.
  • Death Call Changed: When the attack hits the back of a Foe, the Damage to the enemy increases by 55.0/63.8/72.6/81.4/90.2%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, if the last attack hits the back of a Foe, bleeding poison is additionally stacked 2 times.
  • Eye of the Tempest Changed: Critical hit rate increases by 15.0%, Damage to enemies increases by 35.0/42.0/49.0/57.0/65.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, if the last attack is a critical hit, bleeding poison is additionally stacked once.

Piercing Blade

  • Two Shadows Changed:  Attack from both sides using shadows, increasing Damage by 30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, there is a 25.0% chance to stack additional bleeding poison every time the attack hits.
  • Sharp Dagger Changed: Lightning Attribute, critical Damage to enemies increases by 50.0/62.0/74.0/87.0/100.0%. When 'Poison: Bleeding' tripod is applied, there is a 50.0% chance to stack bleeding poison every time the attack triggers a critical hit.

Distortion

  • Smoother skill transitions when using this skill.
  • Master of Evasion Changed: Changes to holding skill and applies fear to a target that has been hit 3 or more times for 2 seconds.
  • Tailwind Changed: Changed to combo skill. When entering the combo, the skill can be used one more time, and the combo attack inflicts additional Damage equal to 20.0% of the basic Damage. When combo is activated, cooldown increases to 20.0 seconds.
  • Law of the Jungle Changed: Damage to enemies increases by 30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%, moves and gathers enemies in a straight line.
  • Shadow Sprint Changed: Damage to low tier enemies increases by 200.0/216.0/232.0/248.0/264.0%.
  • Ghost Sprint Changed: Evasion rate increases by 30.0% while using the skill, and movement speed increases by 20.0/22.4/24.8/27.4/30.0% for 3.0/3.2/3.4/3.7/4.0 seconds after casting the skill.

Call of the Knife

  • Skill has been sped up.
  • Improved overall skill use.
  • Damage ratio of each attack adjusted.
  • Shadow Snatch Changed: Level 1 Weak Point added to explosion.
  • Growing Darkness Damage increased from 50.0/62.0/74.0/87.0/100.0% to 50.0/67.0/84.0/102.0/120.0%.
  • Call of Despair Buffed: No more increased cooldown.

Black Mist

  • Sped up mist entering animation.
  • Chaos meter gain increased by 45%.
  • Charge Shadow Changed: Evasion rate increased by 10% while casting skill.

Shadow Trap

  • Stagger increased to Low
  • Added: When you counter attack with this skill, enter chaos mode.

Glowing Brand

  • Damage buffed by 32.2% in PVE.
  • Vital Point Hit Changed: The maximum movement distance increased by 2.0m, you can pass through foes.
  • Testament Changed: Jump higher and hit harder, increasing critical hit rate by 20.0% and dealing 125.0/131.3/137.5/143.8/150.0% of basic damage.

Rage Spear

  • Damage buffed by 22.9% in PVE.
  • Damage reduced by 10% in PVP.
  • Fatal Dagger Changed: Become push immune but attack speed is reduced by 6%.
  • Quick Prep Changed: Changed to combo skill. When an additional key is pressed, you stab the enemy and quickly move backward 6.5m. Your movement speed then increases by 40% for 2 seconds.
  • Slaughter Changed: Stagger increased.
  • Tenacity Changed: The width of the attack becomes smaller, but length is increasd by 3m. Before stabbing, the target is pulled towards you, which deals 10% of basic damage. Afterwards, deliver an additional hit to the foe dealing 35.0/42.0/49.0/57.0/65.0% damage and pushing them away.
  • Isolation Changed: The attack length is reduced by 4m, but animation is faster and damage to single target increased by 35.0/42.3/49.7/57.4/65.1%..
  • Concentrated Attack Changed: The dagger becomes imbued with deadly energy, increasing critical hit rate by 30% and damaging foes for 30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%.
  • Execution Changed: Cooldown is reduced by 9 seconds. Damage to foes while in chaos increased by 30.0/37.5/45.0/52.5/60.0%.

Dance of Fury

  • Damage buffed by 22% in PVE.
  • Nimble Movement Changed: Gathers energy quickly, speeds up skill animation.
  • Piercing Strike Changed: If a foe dies during the attack, cooldown is reset with a 15.0/21.0/27.0/33.0/40.0% chance.
  • Chaos Enhancement Buffed: Damage increased from 45.0/52.2/59.8/67.5/75.2% to 52.0/60.3/68.6/77.0/85.3%.
  • Swift Preparation Changed: Damage to Named or lower foes increased by 60.0/68.4/76.8/85.8/94.8%.
  • Fatal Dagger Changed: Lightning attribute. Increases critical hit rate by 30% and damage to enemies increased by 10.0/16.0/22.0/28.0/35.0%.
  • Shadow Dance Changed: Evasion rate increases by 30%. Attack range is increased by 30% and damage to enemies increasd by 45.0/52.0/59.0/67.0/75.0%.

Silent Rage

  • Damage buffed by 17.7% in PVE.
  • Cooldown increased from 25 to 28 seconds.
  • Changed: Gathers energy in the air and moves forward, hiting foes with a power blow and knocking down enemies. Collision is ignored.
  • Quick Prep Changed: Weak Point level 1 added.
  • Sharp Turn Changed: Cooldown reduced by  8.0/9.0/10.0/11.0/12.0 seconds.
  • Sharp Fall Changed: After jumping back 3m, attack the enemy with a powerful blow with outgoing damage +30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%. You can change direction before attacking.
  • Shadow Afterimage Changed: Before descending, two shadow clones attack, each dealing damage to 10% of base damage. Target hit by the clone receives 8.0/11.5/15.0/18.5/22.0% more damage from Silent Rage.
  • Ground Smash Changed: Dark attribute, Reaper descends with more power, increasing critical hit rate by 20% and outgoing damage +35.0/42.0/49.0/57.0/65.0%.

Awakening

Lunar Eclipse: Cadenza

  • Each hit generates chaos meter.

Solar Eclipse: Requiem

  • Each hit generates persona meter.
  • Added: Stealth increased from 4 to 6 seconds. Each hit reduces remaining cooldown of Swoop skills by 10%.

Identity

Nightmare

  • Skill is now part of your identity, press X to use.
  • Overall skill improved for a smoother experience.
  • Size of dagger increased by 25% and projectile speed increased by 20%.
  • Nightmare in Chaos state applies Poison: Bleed.
  • Nightmare in Persona mode applies Poison: Nerve.

Persona

  • Casting speed on skills increased.
  • Battle items does not break Persona.
  • When entering Persona mode, Nightmare cooldown is reduced by 30%.

Chaos

  • Increased duration from 9 to 15 seconds.
  • Added: Cooldown of Nightmare is reduced by 40%.

Engraving

Lunar Voice

  • Changed: Swoop damage +120/135/150%, Critical hit rate +0/5/10% and attack speed +10%.
  • Added: Shadow Step is reset.

Hunger

  • Increased chaos meter generation from 30% to 50%.
  • Reduced attack power gained from 16/22/30% to  12/18/25%.
  • Added: Critical hit rate increased by 3/5/8%.

Developer Comment

Nightmare was designed initially as a general skill, but quickly became a core skill for all reapers. Meter generation and other issues became apparent when having to include this skill especially for Lunar Voice. It became an issue so we added Nightmare as an identity skill. We also overall imrpoved the experience skills. We made it so there will be some skill diversity depending on the raid encounter.

After growing concerns about the removal of the Counter affix on Nightmare, we decided to add it back in. In the process of adjusting some of the skills, we compensated Lunar Voice with crit rate.

  • Level 1 Weak Point added to shell explosion.
  • Condense you can now turn when using this.

Napalm Shot

  • Firepower and bombardment Meter increased by 51.5%.
  • Paralysis Immunity added.
  • Stagger value reduced.

Multi-Rocket Launcher

  • Damage increased by 8.7%.

Swing

  • Mana cost reduced by 15.3%.
  • Cooldown reduced from 16 to 12 seconds.
  • Stagger value increased.
  • Level 1 Weak Point added.
  • Weak Point Enhancement Changed: Charge forward 6.0m and attack.
  • Quick Attack Changed: Rotates 360 degrees and attacks all nearby enemies.
  • Advancing Hit Changed: Destuction level +1.
  • Spin Attack Changed: Attack speed increases by 20.0%.

Summon Turret

  • Firepower and bombardment Meter gain reduced by 24.3%.

Homing Barrage

Firepower Enhancement shows low damage in end game raids, so we added some damage. We improved Swing and added more utility to the skill. Developer Comment

Communication Overflow is a class that needs to utilize a lot of skills to showcase it's highest potential, but can be very hard to do. We adjusted and improved how skills interact with cooldown and added damage reduction pets so they don't die so easily.

We are looking at more ways to help alleviate stress when playing the class, but for now, we are just giving damage reduction on Maririn and adjusting how the spears fall and cast to make it easier.

Developer Comment

As time went on, the Scrapper's identity and personality was lacking, so we added a new identitiy 'Fighting Spirit'. Instead of increasing the difficulty of the class, we just improved it so you can experience a more powerful version. A lot of skills were adjusted so you won't feel restricted and pressured with the new 'Fighting Spirit'.

Scrapper is an old class that had many outadated skills. Some skills we felt were incompatible with the class, so we replaced them with 2 new skills. In addition to skill adjustments, we plan on adjusting the new skills more to give it more weight in it's attack.

In addition, the tripod effects of the main stamina spenders were adjusted to alleviate the increased difficulty in combat for Ultimate Skill: Taijutsu. A tripod option was added to Roundup Sweep to prevent randomness with gauge generation.

The new Shock skill animation will be modified to give it a heavier feel suited for the Scrapper class.

Esoteric Skill: Blast Formation

  • Damage reduced by 28.2%
  • Weak Point Detection Changed: Watter attribute and freezes the enemy for 3.0/3.5/4.0/4.5/5.0 on hit.
  • Final Explosion Changed: Fire attribute and when the attack hits, it burns the enemy for 5.0 seconds, dealing X Damage every second and stacking up to 6 times.
  • Lucky Bubble Changed: The explosion expands in three directions and the Damage to enemies increases by 30.0/37.0/44.0/52.0/60.0%.
  • Frost Explosion Changed: After the third explosion, another large explosion occurs and deals additional Damage equal to 55.0/63.8/72.6/81.4/90.2% of the basic Damage.
  • Flame Explosion Changed:  Immediately jump high and make the final hit, and 5 explosions occur in that place, increasing Damage to enemies by 50.0/57.0/64.0/72.0/80.0%.

Developer Comment

Over time, Wardancer has lost of a lot of it's unique characteristics, making it difficult to identifity it's uniqueness because of it's skill options. By adding in new skills and updating current skills, we wanted to provide a fun way of playing the class and selecting skills based on your own playstyle.

With the spenders, we wanted to showcase a variety of playstyles that can be achieved with the new skills and updates. Additionally, we also improved areas where we felt were lacking and needed some quality of life adjustments.

In addition, we have reduced the cooldown of the new skill "Whirlwind Yongryukak" (Used in First Intention builds) to better fit into the rotation.

Developer Comment

The engraving Berserker's Technique has a large variance when it comes to different end game raids. Since it didn't meet up to damage expections in the last raid update, we adjusted the damage of some of the skills to make up for the lack of damage. We also imrpoved how fast Chain Sword attacks and adjusted Mountain Crash to have an easier time countering. In Addition, we made changes to Red Dust and Hell Blade to let him do more consistent Damage in endgame content.

Developer Comment

Gunlancer is a class that can contribute a lot to the party in a variety of different ways. However, since the difficulty of the end game raids has been increasing significantly, it's been difficult to play the class. We increased the damage of skills and improved some of the effects of said skills to help the class become more active. We also adjusted Battlefield Shield with a miniumum shield value return to help.

We are determined to further help the class when it comes to end game content. We plan to reduce the meter gain of monsters (Legion Raid Meter related Mechs) when they land a hit on Gunlancer in the future.

Sprint Reduced from 8 to 7 seconds.

Alithanes's Judgment Changed: Recovers 80% of Piety Meter at start. Piety Meter supply when skill hits will be reduced by 90%.

Developer Comment

Alithanes's Judgment is a skill used to protect the party, but can be a bit annoying when you miss the target and don't get meter. We adjusted it so you don't have to hit a target to get meter.

Developer Comment

Due to the increased difficulty of raids, Destroyers are having a hard time in battle. We made adjustments to alleviate some inconveniences and increase overall damage. We helped by increasing synergy time on skills and reducing the cooldown of Endure Pain to help withstand attacks more frequently. We also added another counter option as well as overall quality of life of counter skills.

To further help the class when it comes to end game content. We plan to reduce the meter gain of monsters (Legion Raid Meter related Mechs) when they land a hit on Destroyer in the future. For now we have decided to reduce the difficulty in the endcontent by increasing the speed of some charge skill animations.
